RURAL COMMUNITIES OPIOID RESPONSE PROGRAM (RCORP)

In 2020, The Reach Project, Inc. was awarded by (Health Resource & Services Administration) HRSA, a multi-year grant initiative to address barriers to treatment for Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Opioid Use Disorder (OUD). We are working with 8 consortium members to serve 8 rural counties in New York and Pennsylvania to provide necessary services (see image below). The partnership is a collaborative network of entities that operate across the healthcare, public health, population health, social services, and education sectors with the primary goal of providing evidence-based, harm reduction-focused services. 



Our partners are: Bassett Medical Center, Binghamton University, Care Compass Network, Catskills Addiction Coalition, Chenango Health Network, Southern Tier AIDS Program, Inc. Truth Pharm and Samadhi Center.
